**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in React JS and Asset & Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of React JS and domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management to drive impactful results. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. + Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. + Help maintain code quality organization and automation. + Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards. + Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the Asset & Wealth Management domain. + Develop and implement unit tests to ensure code quality. + Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces. **Qualifications** + Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. + Have 6 to 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on React JS. + Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management domain. + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Show proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git. + Have experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. + Display excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Be familiar with Agile development methodologies. + Have a strong understanding of web development principles. + Show ability to work in a hybrid work model. + Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and development. + Possess strong analytical and debugging skills. + Show commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
