**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Quality Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and testing with a preference for experience in the Analytics domain. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and on-site work with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the highest quality of software products. + Oversee the automation of test scripts using Java and Selenium to improve testing efficiency and coverage. + Provide detailed and accurate bug reports and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. + Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide input on testability and quality. + Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to streamline the testing process. + Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement. + Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and best practices. + Participate in code reviews to ensure that quality standards are being met. + Mentor and guide junior quality engineers in best practices and testing methodologies. + Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve testing processes. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and quality metrics. + Contribute to the overall improvement of the software development lifecycle by identifying and implementing process improvements. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in Java and Selenium with at least 6 years of hands-on experience. + Have a solid understanding of quality assurance and testing methodologies. + Experience in the Analytics domain is a plus. + Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
