**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Playwright and Cypress and it is advantageous if they have experience in Data Governance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality standards in our software products. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases using Playwright and Cypress. + Oversee the automation of test scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing processes. + Provide detailed reports on test results identifying any issues and working with the development team to resolve them. + Ensure that all software products meet the highest quality standards before release. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test strategies accordingly. + Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency. + Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionality. + Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement. + Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures if applicable. + Participate in code reviews to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the development process. + Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers helping them to develop their skills and knowledge. + Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality engineering. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes and methodologies. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in Playwright and Cypress. + Have a solid understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies. + Demonstrate experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases. + Show proficiency in identifying and resolving software defects. + Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Have experience in data governance which is a nice to have. + Display strong communication and collaboration skills. + Be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality software products. + Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues. + Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. + Possess a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience. + Hold a relevant certification in software testing or quality engineering.
