**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Playwright Cypress and TypeScript. Experience in Program Management is a plus. This hybrid role offers a day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications. + Oversee the automation of test scripts using Playwright and Cypress to ensure efficient and effective testing processes. + Provide expertise in TypeScript to enhance the quality and maintainability of test scripts. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues. + Ensure that all software releases meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. + Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. + Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and results. + Implement best practices for software testing and quality assurance. + Monitor and report on the status of testing activities and progress. + Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies. + Support the integration of testing activities into the overall software development lifecycle. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. + Mentor and guide junior team members in testing techniques and best practices. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in Playwright Cypress and TypeScript. + Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality engineering. + Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases. + Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. + Have experience in Program Management (nice to have). + Display a commitment to continuous improvement and learning. + Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Have a keen attention to detail and a focus on quality. + Show the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. + Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Be familiar with industry standards and regulatory requirements. + Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
