Responsibilities\n\n\nEnsure that the safety and quality standards as defined for DHL and the customer are maintained and managed through consequence on a daily basis;\n\n\nEncourage your team to immediately report near misses / hazards as per guidelines;\n\n\nSupport Country Safety & Security Lead in investigating any incident occurring at site\n\n\nEnsure to conduct BBS conversation and GEMBA – Daily.\n\n\nEnforce proper 5S, GWP and area Standards.\n\n\nReview and finalize RCA ( Root Cause Analysis) generated by Supervisor\n\n\nHave clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your position and to your team. And communicate them as necessary (including to new members of your team as part of the onboarding process).\n\n\nHave clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your team. And communicate them as necessary, to ensure the team is trained and prepare to execute them.\n\n\nManaged overall SDC IMPEX and Conveyor Bridge Operations\n\n\nManaged P&G customer, Itrade and 4PL communication related to IMPEX Plan, surged of volume and support needed\n\n\nReview the result of Receiving, Shipment Reliability for IMPEX result for the past 24 hrs.\n\n\nReceive and analyze daily resource planning updated from previous shift and define shift;\n\n\nProvide weekly & Monthly analysis on Operations status and gap analysis to address any issues immediately\n\n\nReview attendance and productivity result\n\n\nProvide coaching and guidance with Supervisors\n\n\nSupport the Supervisors on delivery the daily plan with no KPI Miss and SOP deviation\n\n\nEnsure Shipment and Receiving plan is executed and plan according to DC Capacity\n\n\n\n

Aligned with OMs for any issues and help needed esp. with coordination for customers approval
