Sr. Manager, Program Management, Cost to Serve, Events and Deals (JP Prime)
JP Events and Deal mission is to delight customers by creating shopping Events with seasonal, socio-cultural and personal relevance, positioning Amazon as the best place for customers to shop and for selling partners to sell. We aim to be more efficient while delivering these. JP marketing team is looking for a talented Marketing Program Manager to drive strategic programs and mechanisms to improve profitability and customer experience of Deal Events.



Key job responsibilities
- Establish a comprehensive cost-to-serve strategy for JP Events.
- Program-manage or directly lead multiple cost efficiency and operational excellence initiatives end-to-end. Scope projects, define clear goals and success metrics, and oversee execution on initiatives that reduce costs and improve customer experience during events
- Dive deep into data to uncover root causes of inefficiencies and quantify improvement opportunities. Develop models and dashboards (in partnership with Data Science/Analytics) to measure cost-to-serve metrics and track the impact of initiatives. Use a data-driven approach to prioritize projects and validate savings achieved
- Establish mechanisms (cadence of audits, metrics reviews, and best practice sharing) to widen a continuous improvement mindset. Input on team charters to encourage cost-conscious thinking and operational excellence. As savings are realized, identify new opportunities and scale successful initiatives across departments.
