Job purpose

Develop and implement access solution to address business needs in commercial insurance areaDevelop partnership with key industry stakeholders to make our company as part of healthcare industry ecosystem

Key responsibility

Develop strategic partnership with leading commercial insurance companies and industry stakeholdersExplore commercial insurance business opportunities for corporation assets and drive the growth in private insurance marketAdvocate the preferable environment for commercial insurance in the BMI landscape and emerging C-listWork with internal stakeholders to ensure landing (C-list, SMI, etc.)

Business team including marketing and salesCross function team including finance, distribution management, retail, legal and complianceGovernment affair and market access team

Qualifications:

At least 6+ years working experience of healthcare or insurance industry, experience of commercial medical insurance is a plusStrong professional experience on healthcare environment and industry with a detailed understanding of the relevant trends and policy environmentCustomer engagement experiencesSolid experience on managing strategic programs and delivering outcomesSolid communication skills with the ability to communicate persuasively verbally and in writing with fluency in Mandarin and EnglishResults focused, willingness to learn, self-motivated & driven to achieve goals that deliver value to customers
