Position Purpose:
As a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will perform aircraft maintenance in compliance with the manufacturer's recommended maintenance program and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs). You will conduct routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring prompt resolution of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events. Prioritizing safety, quality, and passenger comfort in all maintenance activities is essential. You will serve as an in-house technical expert, providing guidance and specialized knowledge on aircraft systems and operations. Additionally, you will support aircraft arrivals and departures, to include passenger needs. Managing and maintaining ground support equipment and inventory levels at the local site to ensure operational readiness is also a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
10% Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and aircraft manufacturer's inspection requirements/due intervals40% Perform maintenance, inspection and repair on the aircraft paying close attention to detail and proper documentation of work performed10% Perform departure and arrival duties, assist passengers with travel needs both on aircraft and limousine/taxi10% Will have responsibility for 1 ea. Aircraft Maintenance Coordination10% Participates in the development and facilitation of training programs10% Will fulfill duties and responsibilities of Lead Technician or Lead Inspector in his/her absence10% Serves the team in the capacity of SME on one model aircraft or advanced avionics

Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
Working Conditions:
Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes or odors.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
