区域目标

在指定的区域内, 达到指定产品的目标业绩,市场占有率和增长率,并有效地利用资源和控制费用按照公司规定的医疗机构覆盖和拜访频率,制定相应医疗机构的拜访计划并实施运用适当的推广技巧和有效地利用产品资料,向医疗机构提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题),使其了解并接受产品之特性和利益保持高水准的专业拜访,不断提高医疗机构的满意度,并建立长久良好的合作交流关系挖掘现有市场潜力,并不断开发潜在市场,确保公司产品市场占有率的增长执行公司市场开发策略和计划,完成新产品的进药计划根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品

区域管理

通过区域目标管理,确立本辖区的目标和计划,达到预期的业绩目标、市场占有率和增长率,并尽大程度地开发辖区内的潜在市场建立和及时更新、反馈并保持一个详尽而准确的医疗机构资料,并利用这些资料来制定行动计划,安排拜访活动,有效及充分地利用时间定期分析区域情况,确立有潜力的市场作为区域发展的重点及时通知医疗机构的医务人员或药事人员有关服务,产品,价格,供货渠道、市场发展等方面的信息跟踪、了解医疗机构库存,进货情况,确保合理的库存及防止断货情形的发生确保医疗机构每月产品的消耗,防止产品过期退回与市场和商务部配合,和负责医院内的专家保持良好的业务关系,以使招标和医保目录评审的成功了解竞争产品及竞争对手的活动,收集竞争者的市场资讯,及时反映给上级主管,并提供相应意见及时、准确地完成各项报表有效、合理地使用公司的各项费用和资源

产品知识

掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识,确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致通过不断学习,熟悉产品的有关资料并且熟练、灵活运用充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料,以利于产品推广阅读与产品有关的各类医学杂志,文章与报告了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识

职业操守 

确保在产品推广和日常工作中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度,确保自己的行为符合公司的道德准则和原则保持良好的专业形象,着装符合职业标准,言行举止符合公司要求具有敬业精神,对本职工作积极投入

团队合作

积极参加团队的各项活动与同事分享、交流信息, 互相帮助, 使个人和团队共同发展完成主管下达的各项临时任务

要求:

学历背景:

大专或以上学历;本科,医学、药学或相关专业优先

工作经验:

2-3年医院医药代表工作经验;外资制药公司工作经验优先

技能:

岗位技能:产品及市场知识 ;产品推广技巧及流程;区域管理;业务的敏锐性;辅导他人行为能力:以客户为中心;聆听;解决问题;正直可靠;以行动为导向进阶行为能力:自我认识;表达技能;时间管理
