**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience specializing in Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our Workday systems ensuring seamless integration and functionality. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations to ensure seamless functionality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Workday implementations. + Provide technical expertise in designing and implementing Workday solutions that meet business needs. + Oversee the development of custom reports and dashboards within Workday to support business operations. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday systems by performing regular audits and validations. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and configurations. + Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that Workday solutions meet specified requirements. + Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Workday implementations. + Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to recommend improvements. + Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for end-users. + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that Workday solutions align with business objectives. + Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of Workday solutions. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Workday-related activities. **Qualifications** + Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. + Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Show proficiency in developing custom reports and dashboards within Workday. + Have experience in conducting system testing and validation. + Display a strong understanding of data integrity and accuracy principles. + Be familiar with the latest Workday features and functionalities. + Experience in Finance & Accounting domain is a plus. + Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to a dynamic work environment. + Proven track record of delivering high-quality Workday solutions. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to create training materials and documentation for end-users.
