**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and the ServiceNow Now Platform. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our innovative projects and help drive our company success. **Responsibilities** Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM applications to ensure seamless operations. Oversee the implementation and customization of the ServiceNow Now Platform to meet business needs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems. Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize ServiceNow applications. Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations processes and procedures. Lead the development of automation scripts to streamline ServiceNow workflows and processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow development.
