**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in GIS Development specifically with ArcGIS Mobile SDK ArcGIS JavaScript ArcGIS Experience Builder and ArcGIS Pro Customization. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and contribute to innovative GIS solutions. Experience in Multi Channel domain is a plus. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain GIS applications using ArcGIS Mobile SDK to enhance mobile GIS capabilities. + Implement and customize GIS solutions using ArcGIS JavaScript to create interactive and user-friendly web applications. + Utilize ArcGIS Experience Builder to design and deploy dynamic GIS experiences for end-users. + Customize ArcGIS Pro to meet specific project requirements and improve overall GIS functionality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze GIS requirements and deliver effective solutions. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GIS applications to ensure smooth operation. + Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. + Stay updated with the latest GIS technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions. + Document technical specifications and user guides for developed GIS applications. + Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all GIS applications and databases. + Optimize GIS applications for performance and scalability to handle large datasets. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate GIS solutions. **Qualifications** + Proficiency in ArcGIS Mobile SDK for developing mobile GIS applications. + Expertise in ArcGIS JavaScript for creating interactive web-based GIS solutions. + Experience with ArcGIS Experience Builder for designing dynamic GIS experiences. + Strong skills in ArcGIS Pro Customization to tailor GIS tools to project needs. + Solid understanding of GIS Development principles and best practices. + Nice to have experience in Multi Channel domain for enhanced GIS solutions. + Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to a dynamic work environment. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. + Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. + Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting GIS applications. + Ability to document technical specifications and create user guides. **Certifications Required** Certified GIS Professional (GISP) Esri Technical Certification in ArcGIS Desktop Developer or Web Application Developer.
