Sr. Apriso MES Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

Basic understanding of process automation, SDLC, MESA, ISA95, Manufacturing Operations.Basic understanding of functions such as Inventory, Production Order Execution, Quality, Plant Performance, Crew Management etc.Should have experience in Apriso 2022 version.Hands on experience on working in process builder. Machine Integrator, and Business Integrator.Hands on experience on writing SQL queries, stored procedures. Candidate should have good knowledge of Apriso data model.Able to develop standard operations, interfaces with ERP and control systems using Apriso toolsPlay a key role in Apriso MES rollout with required customizations as per customer requirements. Responsible for the day-to-day development, and implementation of customer requirements in Apriso suiteShould be able to help team in resolving issues related to development, rollout or support, enhancementsShould be able to do effective communication with other teams, customers and third party vendors, about issues faced, resolutions thought off and deployed, track and maintain changes done etcShould have been part of MES development, design, testing, deployment and support (for entire SDLC) which includes experience in designing, configuring, developing, testing, implementation, integration with other applications, deployment, multi-site roll out, Support, etcShould be able to own production go live of his/her own developments in completeness and able to perform hyper care support tasks during and after implementationExperience working in onshore-offshore model

Education and Qualification :

Bachelor's degree20 - 25 years of experienceApriso MES development, integration, and deployment experienceGood communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsExcellent team player skills.Apriso BPM certification is preferred.Development experience in .Net is preferredAbility to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentWell versed with deployment and release management processes
