Responsibilities:

•    Coordinating digital projects such as websites, webinars, videos, preparing and sending mailings, text messages, publishing banners; co-creating advertising flyers, printed materials, co-writing scripts for phone calls, etc.,
•    Collaborate and coordinate the work of internal and external subcontractors (graphic designers, medical editors, programmers, printers),
•    Coordinating campaigns for pharmaceutical clients,
•    Co-creation of marketing content for ongoing campaigns,
•    Working with marketing tools, project and content management systems,
•    Taking part in the development of marketing products,
•    Cooperation and maintaining good relations with clients,
•    Skillful management of many projects at the same time, within the established time frames, 
•    Meeting tight deadlines, following internal procedures, preparing reports,
•    Performing other marketing activities ordered by line manager,
•    Reporting to the line manager,

Requirements:

•    Master/Bachelor degree,
•    Highly developed organizational and communication skills,
•    Knowledge and ability to handle of marketing digital tools,
•    Ability to send mailings, to work with databases,
•    Knowledge of Google Analytics will be an asset,
•    Confident user of MS Office (especially: Excell, Powerpoint, Outlook),
•    English at the level enabling everyday communication, 
•    Ease of learning to use new programs, applications,
•    Great attention to detail,
•    Multitasking,
•    Desire to learn and constant development,
•    Responsibility and flexibility, ability to work in a team,
•    Experience in project coordination, customer service or marketing department is very welcome,
•    Experience in preparing content for marketing materials is welcome.
