Job Description

•    Customer-Centric Design: Design intuitive and impactful user interfaces (UI) and experiences (UX) that focus on solving customer pain points and enhancing overall satisfaction across web, mobile, and digital platforms.
•    C/CX Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with customer experience (CX) objectives, ensuring a seamless and consistent journey from acquisition to retention.
•    Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that reflect design vision, business goals, and user needs.
•    User Research & Testing: Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to gather insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points, iterating design solutions based on findings.
•    Customer Journey Mapping: Create detailed customer journey maps that outline user touchpoints, emotions, and needs throughout the customer lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve experiences.
•    Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure that design elements are consistent, responsive, and adaptable across various devices and platforms, delivering a cohesive experience.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design solutions within the broader customer experience strategy.
•    Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency in UI elements, interactions, and visual styles across projects.
•    Data-Driven Design: Use customer feedback, analytics, and other data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience and make informed design decisions.
•    Innovative Problem-Solving: Identify and address UX challenges and design issues proactively, developing creative solutions that enhance both usability and customer satisfaction.
 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
•    3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates a focus on customer or consumer experience.
•    Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
•    Expertise in customer journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping with a strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
•    Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
•    Knowledge of customer experience (CX) best practices and how design impacts overall customer satisfaction.
•    Understanding of responsive design and best practices for designing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet, etc.).
•    Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•    Experience in designing for consumer-facing or customer-centric products.
•    Familiarity with Agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams.
•    Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing inclusive experiences.
•    Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript or understanding of how designs translate into front-end code.
•    Experience with A/B testing or other optimization techniques to refine the customer experience.
