We are searching for the best talent for our Senior Manager, IMSC Portfolio Strategy position!
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, IMSC Portfolio Strategy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business planning strategy and cycle deployment guidance, ensuring that our portfolio is aligned with organizational goals and effectively managed across all levels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, implement, and refine the business planning cycle methodology and execution plans
+ Lead execution of the Portfolio / Business cycles to drive effective prioritizations, reporting and insights and drive decision making on deployment of strategies.
+ Lead benchmarking to derive insights and influence portfolio health & sufficiency
+ Facilitate constraint management: identify, manage, and communicate constraints that impact business processes and strategy execution and develop strategies that mitigate portfolio risks
+ Actively participate in cross-portfolio forums and ensure effective communication and reporting across different business units.
+ Facilitate communication across multiple levels of the organization to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement in the Portfolio Processes.
+ Support process compliance with stakeholders to drive consistent portfolio analysis; proactively supply guidance and provide ongoing coaching to deliver successful portfolio approach and consolidation
+ Manage stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and drive strategic initiatives.
+ Work closely with process owners and capabilities teams to ensure integration and alignment of business processes with portfolio strategies.
+ Design and develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor portfolio health and alignment with strategic objectives.
+ Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure ongoing execution effectiveness
+ Continuously assess and align the portfolio's health against strategic goals and execution plans.
+ Provide insights and recommendations based on portfolio performance metrics.
+ Drive improvement initiatives by identifying and addressing process constraints
+ Drive and deliver communication to Sr. IMSC leaders to enable effective & efficient decision making
+ Actively & strategically contribute to discussions that shape the strategic direction of the IMSC portfolio
+ Deliver requirements and identify efficiencies to the IMSC business processes and deployment. Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ 10 years of experience including deep experience in Portfolio, Finance, Supply Chain, or Project Management
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
+ Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools; experience with dashboard creation is a plus.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address constraints effectively.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the global supply chain
+ Demonstrated stakeholder / change management skills
+ Strong leadership skills including the ability to influence without authority, collaborate across boundaries, negotiate solutions, create a case for change and enroll teams in support of the strategic vision.
+ Strong communication to create clear and concise messaging to leadership and the ability to work well in teams, cross-functionally, and with all levels of the organization.
**Preferred:**
+ Knowledge / deep understanding of IMSC models and ways of working, systems and tools
+ Experience with portfolio/project management and portfolio decision making
+ A demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of finance, process and technical information and present cogent recommendations
**Other:**
+ Requires up to 15% domestic and/or international travel

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$120,000- $207,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
