**Your Impact**
Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Sr Analytics and GTM Intelligence Lead to join its Planning & Operations team supporting the Worldwide Technical Solutions GTM motions. This role will be pivotal in driving data-informed decisions for executive leadership by executing key deliverables across prioritized business areas. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional quantitative skills and a passion for advanced data analytics, capable of standardizing deliverables, connecting disparate data points to generate actionable insights, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
**Collaboration & Integration:**
+ Engage directly with executive leadership in the technical selling community to understand business priorities and go-to-market motions
+ Proactively engage with executive leadership, offering consultative insights based on a deep understanding of their priorities and the relevant data, becoming an expert in the technical lifecycle of sales deals
+ Build key relationships within Business Operations, IT and Finance to gain knowledge of systems/tools
**Executive-Level Reporting & Insights: **
+ Define innovative approaches to analyze the state of the business to drive desired business outcomes in the technical selling community
+ Prepare and present detailed metrics reports, dashboards, and performance narratives to the executive team
+ Identify risks, growth opportunities, and operational inefficiencies through advanced data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
**Advanced Data Analytics:**
+ Strategic application of AI, to uncover hidden patterns, predict future trends, and make data-driven decisions with unparalleled speed and accuracy
+ Automate the discovery of insights, transforming raw data into strategic assets, to enhance our competitive advantage
**Your Experience**
+ 8+ years relevant experience in business intelligence reporting/data analytics, 3+ years in a senior level role
+ Skilled in utilizing data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL, Excel, Google Big Query, SFDC, and Tableau
+ Strong ability to govern operational metrics across multiple high-visibility projects and drive future business performance based on data trends
+ Detail-oriented mindset and proven experience presenting data-driven insights to executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions
+ Understanding of technical industry, with focus on technical selling community
+ Experience with understanding product vision, roadmap and GTM strategies
+ Proficient with applications, tools, and methodologies used to organize, manage, report progress, and deliver programs and projects
+ Experienced in driving large cross-functional programs/initiatives, building relationships, and leading through influence
+ Effective executive-level verbal and written communication and comfort with both technical and business discussions with senior audiences
+ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
**Compensation Disclosure**
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $$153000 - $247500/YR.
