Sr Analyst, HRIS (Workday)

The Sr. HRIS Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Human Resource Technology Operations Team. This role involves analyzing and improving HR processes through technology. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will collaborate with all stakeholders to implement enhancements, system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, improve customer experience with automation and simplification of tools, and train users on new functionalities.

How you´ll make an impact:

Lead and Plan HRIS Projects: Manage complex sections of HRIS projects, including implementation/enhancement projects, configuration/integration, and system testing. Apply functional knowledge of HR systems and processes while evaluating and analyzing problem definitions, requirements, and solution development.Troubleshoot and Support: Lead the Tier 3 HRIS Service delivery model by troubleshooting data/system errors and performing root cause analysis. Propose and implement global solutions that are scalable and easy to maintain.Reporting and Data Management: Lead the design and development of reports/dashboards and data management strategy. Evaluate needs, define system requirements, and create standard/ad-hoc/custom reports in multiple systems (e.g., Workday, Power BI, Visier).Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand systems and data requirements from business and regions/countries. Deliver standard reports and provide recommendations/guidance to cross-functional team members to understand business and HR needs and translate them into scalable, global system solutions and reports.Continuous Improvement: Analyze current business processes and determine improvements and automation solutions utilizing system applications, business processes and technical knowledge. Proven experience in supporting and solutioning global processes and scalable solutions.Operational Excellence: Ability to maintain meticulous documentation and manage tickets or cases efficiently. Proven experience in tracking, prioritizing, and resolving issues promptly while continuously improving processes to enhance service quality and operational consistency.Incidental Know-how: Keep abreast of technical innovation by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

What you´ll need (Required):

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related fields and 5+ years’ experience of previous related experience in HRIS / HR.

What else we look for (Preferred):

Experience with integration or implementation of HR systems or modules.Certification in Workday or related technical certification.Proficiency in SQL or similar data query languages.Experience with integration or implementation of HR systems or modules.Technical Skills: Proficiency with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM). Strong understanding of HR processes and data management. Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite.Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and systems. Proven experience in identifying patterns, solving problems, and making data-driven decisions. High proficiency in interpreting and synthesizing information from various sources.Project Management: Strong project management skills and experience with HR technology projects. Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing more complex sections of projectsCommunication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs for HR and other cross-functional team members and strong English Level.Problem-Solving: Strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
