Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist - Stakeholder Management to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective stakeholder engagement strategies to support our organization's goals and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder management plans aligned with organizational objectivesIdentify, map, and prioritize key stakeholders across various projects and initiativesConduct regular stakeholder analysis to understand their interests, influence, and potential impact on the organizationFacilitate effective communication between the organization and its stakeholders, ensuring timely and appropriate information sharingOrganize and lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and consultations to gather feedback and address concernsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate stakeholder insights into decision-making processesDevelop and maintain stakeholder engagement tools and databasesMonitor and report on stakeholder sentiment and engagement levelsIdentify and mitigate potential risks or conflicts related to stakeholder relationshipsContribute to the development of crisis communication strategies and plansStay informed about local business practices and cultural nuances in the UAE to ensure culturally sensitive stakeholder engagement

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder management or a similar roleProven track record of successful stakeholder engagement and relationship buildingExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groupsProficiency in stakeholder mapping and analysis techniquesDemonstrated ability in conflict resolution and negotiationStrong project management skills and experienceAdvanced presentation and public speaking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareUnderstanding of corporate governance and sustainability practicesKnowledge of local business culture and practices in the UAEFluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirableProfessional certification in stakeholder management (e.g., Certificate in Stakeholder Engagement) is preferred
