On the Sales Governance team reporting to the Manager, Governance & Support, you will support the record processing, automation, standardization, and governance necessary to drive our holistic support of sales teams.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

\n

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:\n\nProvide email and case support to partners, capturing and advising their needs, while assisting all customer inquiries, issues, user requests, policy/procedural inquiries, and escalated situations. Respond with Best Practices regarding products and services, within the stated authority.\nMaintain clear and concise documentation for all support, administrative, and auditing processes.\nManage own mailbox and monitor workflow with internal/external partners and team members.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:\n\nWork cross‐functionally with our hoteliers and sales teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in systems that are supported by our Sales Governance team.\nEngage with other teams on setting standard methodologies to ensure a consistent partner experience.\nEngage with project teams working to establish automations.\n\nWhat projects you will take ownership of:\n\n\n

Support necessary cleanup initiatives related to quality checks and audits to ensure the accuracy of information in all relevant systems and processes.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

\n

You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\nTwo (2) years experience with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications\nOne (1) year of work experience in the travel industry or systems/products/project support-related experience\nTravel up to 10%\nDallas hybrid schedule (typically 3 days)\n\n

It would be useful if you have:

\n\nTwo (2) years experience in Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions)\nExperience with Salesforce or related system\nKnowledge of GDS (Global Distribution Systems)\nExperience with SQL or report generation\n\n\n
