WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.Analyze planning requirements and initiate appropriate action to support the master schedule or independent demands.Schedule Manufacturing Operation to ensure availability of items under planners’ control with minimum negative impact on manufacturing.Plan manufacturing schedules to efficiently utilize facilities. Ensure finished goods andForecast requirements and schedule production to meet these requirements.Perform system maintenance and updates to insure database integrity for planning fields and files.Utilize personal computer tools to perform analysis and provide recommendations to management.Maintain raw material and work in process inventories in accordance with predetermined inventory levels and targets. Monitor inventories and take action as appropriate.Recommend procurement strategies for internal and external supplies compatible with economic, supply and quality goals; understand raw materials needs and translate these needs into inventory plans and strategies.Manage material flow from external and internal suppliers through manufacturing channels to achieve maximum production efficiency, minimizing waste and impacts to customers.Understands and applies manufacturing systems, interpolates manufacturingMay perform other duties as assigned.Required:
Bachelor’s degree: BA or BS preferred and 1-2 years operations/distribution experience, or directly relevant technical experience sufficient to demonstrate the knowledge.Previous operations experience and exposure to manufacturing materials principles andconcepts preferred.
Understanding of expectations working in regulated industries such as Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Medical DeviceDetail oriented, able to follow operating procedures, excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter and highly motivated; ability to manage multiple tasks with changing project demandsWHAT WE OFFER

The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
