We are seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
Analyze complex financial data and quantitative analyses, in order to support sound and defensible recommendations. Assist in the development of budgets and quarterly forecasts; tracks and reports initiatives.Prepare financial planning information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.Review and conduct simple analysis of financial planning information and reports, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.Drive standardization of processes and reporting, including automation and enhancing the quality of information to stakeholders Own and improve the quality of core financial data, to executive level reporting and decision making Engage with and influence senior stakeholders to deliver change, including Corporate and Regional CFOs Develop an understanding of Marsh McLennan systems, technology and tools. To advance the use of relevant BI reporting systems such as Power BI and Qlik to become best in class.What you need to have:
Minimum 8 years relevant business working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis Ability to understand and articulate financial impact or decisionsProficient in Financial Management tools as well as MS Office, Advanced Excel and PowerPointHighly proficient in data analysis and data extraction and manipulationComfortable presenting to regional team members; able to appropriately challenge team
