As a Specialist in Clinical Logistics, you will be instrumental in managing vein-to-vein logistics for cell therapy trials. Your role will involve overseeing global shipments, ensuring cold chain compliance, and leveraging analytics for efficient decision-making. Accountabilities:

V2V Logistics & Cold Chain Management

- Manage and track global shipments of patient apheresis material and investigational medicinal product (IMP).

- Support V2V logistics, COI/COC oversight, and implement contingency plans for temperature-sensitive shipments.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings to support clinical trials and system enhancements.

Vendor & Courier Oversight

- Collaborate with logistics service providers (LSPs) and specialty couriers to ensure efficient transport and storage of critical materials.

- Manage lane mapping, monitor courier performance metrics, and lead operational meetings to mitigate delays.

Process Improvement & Compliance

- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and documents related to V2V logistics.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- BS/BA or equivalent in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or Business with 3+ years of experience in Cell Therapy Logistics/Clinical Supply Chain within pharma or biotech industries.

- Proficient in cell orchestration platforms, LSP portals, SAP/Oracle, Power BI/Tableau, Smartsheet, and Excel (pivot tables, macros).

- Demonstrates strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues.

- Capable of working independently and collaboratively, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Masters degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or Business

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $66,703 - $100,054

USD. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
