Sourcing Developer, Apparel (Timberland)

**ABOUT YOUR ROLE:**
You will be an integral part of the sourcing team, driving the execution of the sourcing strategy and managing end-to-end product development. This role demands strong analytical acumen, proficiency in digital tools, and the ability to work independently while effectively engaging internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with vendors, the Brand Development Team and cross-functional teams to meet calendar milestones and key performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing operations.
You will support the Sourcing leadership to execute sourcing strategy, drive calendar adherence, and independently manage operational excellence aligned with the brand’s and company’s vision.
**Role Overview:**
+ **Product Development Execution:** Oversee the entire product development process, ensuring adherence to seasonal calendars and timely sample delivery.
+ **Vendor Management:** Allocate vendors based on guidelines, collaborate on tasks, and drive performance expectations.
+ **Data Management & Digital Tool Utilization:** Use tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Tableau, and PLM to manage data and provide insights.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with various teams to ensure smooth seasonal execution and alignment with business goals.
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience in product development and sourcing, especially in apparel.
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital tools.
+ Ability to work independently and lead projects.
+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
+ Receptivity to learning new processes and tools.
**Education/Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
+ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sourcing or product development.
+ Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
+ Willingness to travel as required.
