**Job Responsibilities:**
* Defines program goals and objectives, ensuring thorough alignment with strategic organizational objectives, while also considering market trends and competitor analysis.
* Coordinates program scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks across all program components, maintaining adherence to program tolerances and stringent budgetary constraints to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
* Provides strategic direction and vision for a critical, multi-domain innovation program driving Philips' long-term success, ensuring alignment with diverse partners to propel the organization forward.
* Deploys process improvements and supports continuous improvement of teams, making the program organization efficient and transparent, while maintaining compliance with corporate policies, rules, and procedures.
* Works on complex issues, drawing on an in-depth understanding of the organization to analyze situations effectively, actively contributing to the development of organizational objectives and principles.
* Drives expected deliverables, interdependencies, and program approaches with precision to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness, continuously seeking opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
* Develops robust partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, skillfully influencing opinions, negotiating effective solutions, and adeptly managing multiple small programs or a complex and integral program with finesse and strategic foresight.
* Mentors direct reports, guides program leaders, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization through personalized coaching and tailored mentorship initiatives.
* Cultivates an entrepreneurial environment, fostering emotional intelligence skills and demonstrating advanced entrepreneurial skills to support and inspire others, fostering a culture of innovation and agility within the program and across the organization.
* Facilitates comprehensive knowledge sharing initiatives, disseminating critical program knowledge, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge exchange to facilitate continuous growth and innovation across business units, markets, and functions.
* Leads succession planning and comprehensive talent management, driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, and career development in alignment with organizational operational goals, taking responsibility for planning, staffing, budgeting, and managing expense priorities.
**Minimum required Education:**
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or equivalent.
**Minimum required Experience:**
Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 6 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management or equivalent.
**Minimum required Certification:**

**Preferred Education:**

**Preferred Experience:**
+ Experience with imaging systems and AI technology is a plus, but not a must
+ Experience with agile development a plus
+ Experience with working in a global organization across multiple locations

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
