Your Role

Ensure smooth and effective project execution by following the right tailoring of Agile techniques with leading Scrum frameworkClose collaboration with development teams, management and other stakeholdersCoordinate multiple Scrum teams and lead management of dependencies and priorities, removing obstacles across organization and pave the way for successful delivery of iterationsConfirm with team proper understanding of business value, requirements allocation, acceptance criteria and verification plansGetting things done, delivery of (exceeded) expectations with our software products

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience10+ years of experience in software engineering for embedded SW with exposure to Functional Safety and Real time concepts, ideally in automotive.5+ years of proven experience as a Product Ownerhands on experience with C++ & RUSTDeep expertise in POSIX systems (preferably VxWorks & Linux) on Embedded TargetsExperience with Service Oriented ArchitectureGood Understanding of ASPICE.A leader who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to contributeExecute development process practices and ensure deliveries are on time and within qualityTake and execute decisions and processA team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to carry out their workStrong analytical, problem solving, project management and people management skills

Bonus points if you have experience in any of the following areas:

Platforms: Linux/QNX/AUTOSARDomains: Infotainment Systems, Embedded Systems, Telematics/Connectivity, ADAS, OTA, Edge Computing Devices, & MiddlewareAbility to drive innovation and passionate about new technologiesProven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional teamKeen sense of ownership & lots of enthusiasm for solving challenging problems, curious learning new things
