A Social Media Specialist is a role within the Global External Communications department, which belongs to the Global Marketing organization, and whose focus is on establishing, managing, and publishing social media content to enhance our brand presence and engage our community. We aim to ensure optimized, effective, and modern social media experiences for our global audience. Our Social Media Specialists are expected to be up to date with the latest social media trends and tools to continuously improve our social media strategy and initiatives.
You will be working closely with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, and regional marketing teams to build and deliver innovative social media solutions to help our business grow and our customers boost their engagement with our brand. You’ll use data to understand audience needs and build high-quality social media experiences. You’ll serve as the voice of the brand, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of our efforts and helping the team iterate and improve our social media presence.
We want to add someone to the team who brings energy to social media management, creativity to content development, and innovative thinking about engaging customers, partners, and colleagues through social media.

Establish, manage, and publish a social media content calendar.
Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries on social media channels.
Analyze, review, and regularly report on social media marketing activities.
Assist regional teams and agencies with content planning and reporting.
Conduct competitive analysis studies on Infobip competitors.
Align social media & content strategy with product marketing, brand, and regional marketing initiatives.
Support to build, manage, and grow the company’s social media presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and many other channels as appropriate.
Strengthen the Infobip brand and engage the community on social media by creating creative and engaging content.
Plan and publish content for employees to share on their social media channels (employee advocacy).
Brief production of visual solutions for social media content plans.
Stay informed of social media trends & formats and bring them to the attention of internal teams as appropriate.
More about you:
Experience in External Communications, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Marketing, preferably in SaaS and Tech general companies.
Skilled in creating engaging social media content (videos, posts, stories).
Proficient with social media management tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly.
Data-driven approach to content decisions and continuous improvement.
Up-to-date with social media trends and content creation.
Strong understanding of the SaaS business and customer engagement.
Supportive mindset and excellent team player.
Curious, communicative, and skilled in presenting to groups.
Problem-solving mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience with influencer marketing and working with global influencers.
Your qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
Familiar with social media management platforms and online content creation tools.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Proficiency with Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer, PPT, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to analyze data, make decisions based on data, and build action points from data insights.
Project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and collaborate with multiple departments.
