The ideal candidate will have experience with project management tools, best practices, and running social media operations. We want a super organized project management guru and Adobe Workfront expert keeps the entire team accountable and takes our social media operations to the next level. **Responsibilities include:** • Owning the social media process – what tools we use, what meetings we have, what the workflow looks like, and how the team works together. • Managing projects that rise above our day-to-day – making sure these large events and campaigns have detailed plans and then owning those plans to keep them on track. • The main point of content with our Marketing Operations team that owns the internal technology stack – working closely with them to make sure we are taking advantage of the tools and using them properly. • Liaison with the social agency’s project management team to provide coordination between our teams and holding the agency accountable to our process. • Foster communications that build trust and credibility internally and externally, including leading meetings, documenting next steps, supporting accountability with follow-ups, sharing work, clarifying feedback, etc. Please provide your resume in English. This is an office based position in Mexico City. **Minimum Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
