We're seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to lead Amazon International Originals (IO) strategy across digital and offline publishers, driving our book-to-screen initiatives through innovative marketing approaches. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can navigate complex stakeholder relationships while delivering measurable results. This highly collaborative position involves embedding marketing expertise into the IO team, influencing marketing strategies, and leading partnerships with publishers and book authors.

Strategic Leadership
* Lead marketing strategies for book-to-screen properties

Partnership Development
* Primary liaison between Prime Video, digital and offline publishers
* Manage relationships with publishers, authors, and creators
* Lead cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder communication

Campaign Management
* Direct full-cycle marketing campaigns, from concept to implementation
* Collaborate on creative, media planning, and campaign optimization
* Implement data-driven strategies
* Track KPIs and provide stakeholder updates

Performance & Analytics
* Drive audience engagement and content performance
* Track metrics across marketing channels

Required Qualifications
