Job Description

In this role, a Site Technology Specialist: 

Assists in the design and implementation of study related forms, guidelines and manuals related to technologiesCoordinates data collection related to technologies, including but not limited to nuclear medicine, radiology, dosimetry and physics etc.Provides technical and qualification support to sitesIdentifies, tracks, and reports specific technical timepoints in the study related to study procedures including imaging, scans, dosimetry and drug management.Determines technical resources needed for project implementation, and communicates needs to department managersOrganizes technical training for project teamsProvides support to the project teams to ensure proper documentation of study-specific assessments related to study technologiesSupports site initiation preparation and performs technical visits to assist the site team with technical aspects of the studyAssists and advises the site monitor in the area of study technologiesProvides relevant technology-related information to Business Development for proposals as neededCan support Bid Defense Meetings as needed.Attends and presents at Investigator’s Meetings as needed

QualificationsAdvanced Degree in relevant discipline required (i.e. Medical Dosimetry or Medical Physics)CMD, CMP, or PhD in Medical Physics is a plusMinimum 5 years’ experience in the specified technologyExperience in operation and QC procedures related to the equipment used in the specialized areaExperience ordering, handling and preparing radiopharmaceutical products (diagnostic and therapeutic)Experience in radiopharmaceutical dosimetry evaluations (biosamples and imaging based)Proficiency in standard MS Office applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and conciselyCollaboration and teamwork mindset Skilled in organizaing tasks, managing time effectivley, and meeting deadlines
