Stryker is looking to hire a Site Lean Leader. This is a highly specialized individual contributor position in Redmond, WA.

What you will do:

The Site Lean Leader will develop a Manufacturing Excellence roadmap to transform multiple business units across the Medical franchise, positioning manufacturing as a competitive advantage for Stryker. This role will manage a portfolio of projects that drive breakthrough performance improvements across strategic KPIs, including safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Responsibilities include leading the efforts of the lean lighthouse, VSM, TPI, and kaizen roadmaps; developing talent and core competencies to support strategy execution; and embedding daily Continuous Improvement behaviors into the culture. Additionally, the Site Lean Leader will collaborate with Global Manufacturing to share best practices and implement continuous improvement standards. This role also partners with internal manufacturing teams, contract manufacturers, designers, and product specialists to optimize design and processes for manufacturability. As a lean champion, this leader will influence the extended value chain from order entry to customer delivery in pursuit of manufacturing excellence.

What you need:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field8+ years of Manufacturing experience8+ years of Continuous Improvement and/or Engineering leadership experience including familiarity with Toyota Production Systems/ LEAN and value stream mappingLean kaizen facilitation

Preferred:

Master's degreeMedical device or automotive experienceProject Management CertificationSix Sigma Certification

$132,900 - $217,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
