Principal Accountabilities

Ensure safe work procedures are followed by all employees in the departamentEnsure you are wearing proper personal protective equipmentBe sure you are following proper lifting proceduresEmployees must work and act safely at all times and must accept equal responsibility for their personal safety and that of their co-workers

Required Qualifications 

Must be able to operate a high reach truck/stand up forkliftMust be able to operate an electric pallet jackEnsuring timely and efficient throughput of products Ensure that all standard operating procedures are being metReporting any deficiencies in selecting processes and suggesting new alternatives/methods to improve these processesEnsure that all food safety procedures and practices are being followedEnsure that all safety procedures and practices are being followed

Preferred Qualifications 

Ability to read, write, and speak EnglishPrevious experience on a high reach truckPrior work history in a fast-paced production environment Prior experience leading diverse teams in the meat industry or warehouse environment
