On a typical day you will:
Successful and timely delivery of ServiceNow projects, including the implementation of specified modules.High levels of client satisfaction and positive feedback.Optimization and performance of ServiceNow instances.Adherence to industry standards and regulations.Effective guidance and mentorship of junior team members.What You Will Need to be Successful:
Overall, 12-15 years of experience and at least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture and StrategyDeep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and ITIL processes.Implementation or management experience on various ServiceNow modules, including Customer & Contract Management, Complex Case Workflow, Integration Hub, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Mobile Publishing, Platform Analytics (Advanced), and Automation EngineProven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications and systems.
