We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals and IT strategy. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and integration techniques, particularly within the Health and Safety module.

Responsibilities

Architect and design holistic ServiceNow solutions that meet business objectives.

Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, JDBC, and integration tools like MID Server and Integration Hub.

Oversee the development and customization of ServiceNow modules, including ITOM and Health and Safety.

Develop and enforce governance frameworks, roadmaps, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.

Align ServiceNow solutions with business goals and IT strategy, ensuring scalable and optimized performance.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Qualifications

Experience Level: Senior Level, 7-15 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and modules.

Module Proficiency: Expert in the Health and Safety module; experience with ITOM modules such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.

Scripting and Development: Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and development, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.

Integration Skills: Extensive knowledge of integration techniques (REST, SOAP, JDBC) and tools (MID Server, Integration Hub).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AngularJS for Service Portal and UI customization.

Additional Skills: Experience in data analytics (Tableau) is a plus.

Strategic Alignment: Ability to align ServiceNow implementations with business goals and create comprehensive roadmaps.

Performance Tuning: Expertise in performance tuning, optimization, and best practices for scalable solutions.

Desired Profile:

Proven track record in creating architectural roadmaps and governance frameworks.

Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities to guide and mentor teams.

Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions to stakeholders.
