Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of service offerings, solutions, and projects to customers. Each day, you will contribute to the execution of service strategy and growth by focusing on cost-effective service delivery and adherence guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by driving service achievements through resource planning, allocation, and effective implementation of standard procedures and safety protocols.The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is contributing to the coordintation of the Electrification Service. Main stakeholders are cus-tomersYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tEnsuring customer focus, urgency, and care in your direct area of responsibility, building sus-tainable customer relationships for growth, satisfaction, and retention.•\tDriving the development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Pro-moter Score) to consistently improve customer experience.•\tAllocating, driving, and monitoring work based on order content, delivery time, competencies, and workload.•\tManaging a team of service professionals, guiding their development, and ensuring effective organization and direction within your area of responsibility.
Qualifications for the roleAcademic background in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions Experience in supervising teams Knowledge of medium and low voltage panels Proficiency in English (intermediate to advanced level)
