Service Operations NPI Program Manager

**Summary:**
The Service Operations Team seeks a Readiness Program Manager to ensure all SO teams successfully launches Meta Reality Labs products. This role requires project management background with a high degree of collaboration with product management, engineering, legal, and packaging teams as well as depth level understanding of the customer requirements and the product specifications.
**Required Skills:**
Service Operations NPI Program Manager Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement and lead customer-focused processes to ensure the SO is ready for a successful product launch.
2. Work cross-functionally to maintain and drive product launch activities and schedule, ensuring all teams in SO deliver their milestones in a timely manner.
3. Advocate for SO requirements within RL to deliver the best customer experience.
4. Present weekly launch readiness updates within RL and SO.
5. Identify Key Process Indicators, risks, and mitigations for successful product launch, measuring and regularly communicating them in a data driven manner.
6. Work efficiently to resolve any roadblocks to launch, bringing the team together to collaborate and execute on action items.
7. Work with cross-functional teams to act on the data to help maximize consumer delight and reduce quality issues.
8. Continue to track the product after launch to implement lessons learned and process improvement to future products.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
10. 6+ years of experience in New Product Introduction and Customer Service.
11. Experience in new product introduction in the high-tech space, driving projects with results.
12. Experience of driving new product introduction projects with verifiable results.
13. Knowledge of customer service operations, consumer warranty policies and repair operations.
14. History in devising and tracking data driven processes.
15. Experience thinking strategically, continually innovating against the marketplace and customers’ needs, and experience focusing on details to drive operational improvement.
16. Communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills.

17. Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
18. Experience building cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization.
19. Experience in driving results, motivate, and instill a sense of urgency in others.
20. Experience in a leadership position and achieve results with minimal supervision.
21. Consumer Electronics and/or Carrier experience.
**Public Compensation:**
$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
