YOUR TASKS

\n\nAdminister IT infrastructure, systems plan, collect and collate field support data on performance of product/ equipment to identify issues and need for modifications.\nRun technologies such as operating systems, hardware, database, middleware, and production applications. \nLiaison with the procurement and vendors to manage IT Asset life cycle. \nPlan and execute servers’ deployments in cloud and hybrid infrastructures.\nFacilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions with the end users on new deployment related to the applications, tools, or any technical changes.\nFollow up with technical team for the service restoration, troubleshooting and SLA compliance.\nComply with infrastructure standards provided or set by internal and global standards organizations.\n

YOUR PROFILE

\n\nBachelor’s – preferable in IT related subject.\n3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in logistics business.\nMCSE, ITIL & Project Management certifications would be an advantage.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\n\n
