This position focuses on enhancing customer experience through effective solutions and leveraging Salesforce capabilities. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the design, development, and implementation of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions. + Utilize Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools (Flows, Forms, Workflows) to configure and customize applications. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner and customer communities. + Ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful Salesforce applications that align with business objectives. + Mentor junior developers to improve technical skills and foster team collaboration. + Stay current with Salesforce best practices and actively participate in continuous learning. **Requirements:** + Minimum of 4-8 years of experience with Salesforce development. + Proficient in Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools (Flows, Forms, Workflows). + Strong experience working with partner & customer communities. + Active Salesforce certifications required; at a minimum, candidates must possess the Platform Developer I (PD1) certification. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). + Experience in Agile methodologies. + Familiarity with integration of third-party applications.
