Senior Vice President, Programmatic Lead

We’re focused on driving the maximum value for our people, our capabilities and our media investments for some of the world’s leading brands. **Overview** The Senior Vice President, Programmatic reporting to the Executive Vice President, Partnerships plays a key leadership role in driving the growth and development of the performance media practice. The SVP is responsible for management & leadership of the Precision team at Zenith. The SVP is expected to deliver both client success and the strategic evolution of the Programmatic media department. This includes spearheading organizational initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, expand revenue opportunities, and improve team capabilities. Acting as a senior representative of the performance media division, the SVP plays a critical role in client relationships and industry presence, promoting the agency's expertise and thought leadership within the marketplace. **Responsibilities** + **Fiscal Accountability:** Oversees financial performance across clients by expanding relationships with current clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and takes a leading role in new business activity + **Growth Generation:** Identify growth opportunities, delivering new business development efforts drive organic growth and client retention + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Strengthening relationships across departments to build a holistic view of the agency’s needs and align on joint objectives. + **Staffing & Scoping:** Oversees department-level staffing including account assignments and resource management + **Strategic Leadership** : Demonstrates expertise in programmatic media strategy and leadership, positioning the agency as an industry innovator through high-impact initiatives, and regularly contributing to internal knowledge-sharing and external industry engagements + **Client Focused:** Cultivates high-level, strategic relationships with top-tier client stakeholders, ensuring the agency is viewed as a long-term, indispensable business partner + **Thought Leadership:** Sharing strategic insights and suggesting new initiatives to guide the agency’s direction and innovation efforts + **Drive for Results:** Holds accountability for teams delivering exceptional performance and financial outcomes across multiple client portfolios, ensuring that all initiatives exceed performance targets and drive sustained growth + **Team Development:** Holds accountability for teams delivering exceptional performance and financial outcomes across multiple client portfolios, ensuring that all initiatives exceed performance targets and drive sustained growth **Qualifications** + B.S. or B.A., preferably in Marketing or Advertising preferred but not required + 12+ years in performance media; with an emphasis on Programmatic media + 7+ years with increasing responsibility within an agency or media company + 8+ years of people management experience + Programmatic Marketing subject matter expertise + Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills + Ability to lead projects from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum + High level of competence in MS Office products; demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills + Excellent time management / project management skills, with ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
