**Overview**
Publicis Health is seeking a Senior Vice President, Growth and Business Lead, Intelligent Solutions to drive sales and ensure client success for a specialized unit delivering data and technology solutions for pharma clients. In this role, you will be responsible selling, defining, and delivering on data analytics engagements that meet the strategic and creative needs of our agency partners and their life sciences clients. As a member of the leadership team, you will build and execute on a business plan that will scale this capability as we enter a new era of intelligent pharma marketing.
_Growth and Sales Driver_
Your relentless focus on growth will inspire your team to achieve results and meet sales targets. By partnering with internal agency account teams and strategists, you will answer RFPs and expand scopes to increase the Publicis Health footprint across the industry.
_Client Strategic Partner_
As a strategic partner to clients, you are an expert at distilling business challenges and proposing simple and effective solutions using advanced analytics with real-world claims and consumer lifestyle data. You will find opportunities across the end-to-end marketing process for data solutions such as marketing insight generation, audience targeting and activation, and outcomes measurement. As the primary liaison for clients, you will foster new client relationships and possibly bring your own relationships to jumpstart growth.
_Pharma Marketing Fluency_
You have an expert understanding of omnichannel activation as well as CRM and sales channels as they relate to pharma marketing for consumers, patients, and HCPs. You are also able to speak to medical affairs activities that can leverage real world data to inform medical communications, conference and publication planning, and evidence generation. You also have a working knowledge of audience targeting, media activation and experience planning. Through your extensive background in growth and performance marketing, you embrace the use of data to spark creative campaigns that ultimately drive behavior change and improve health outcomes. You will also partner with the product team to define business requirements as they build the tools and technologies required to accelerate delivery.
**Responsibilities**
+ Dynamically present data and technology solutions to top leaders of fortune 500 clients and sell the capabilities of the Intelligent Solutions Practice
+ Generate proposals for data analytics engagements with life sciences clients
+ Work with Account teams across all Publicis Health agencies to integrate real world data analytics and tools into current ways of working and expand scopes of work
+ Act as an indispensable client partner to identify key business challenges and sell in effective data analytics solutions that transform their approach to modern marketing
+ Share capabilities and project results to clients and agency cross-functional teams through data storytelling and presentation
+ Plan and manage client working sessions and ensure team’s work meets and exceeds client expectations while staying within budget
+ Contribute to slide development for pitches and represent the intelligent solutions team in pitch presentations
+ Partner with other members of the leadership team in driving the vision for the intelligent solutions unit, including operations, data analytics, and technology leads
+ Own the business plan for the unit, and work with finance to plan and track revenue growth and profitability, ensuring there is a continuous pipeline of work for our talented data science and strategy team
+ Implement the strategic vision of the business unit, and ensure investments in data, technology and resources meet quarterly and yearly goals
+ Help manage agency transformation, building sales and training materials for agency partners to sell, design, and deliver data and tech solutions to their clients as we scale our offerings
+ Work with the PH RWD management team and staff to guide best practices and data treatment with a clear point of view in support of growth for PH and Publicis Groupe.
+ Build business requirements for new and innovative data solutions to continually differentiate our offerings from our competitors
+ Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in real-world data, privacy regulations, artificial intelligence and cloud technologies to ensure best practices and compliance
+ Foster a collaborative environment by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, encouraging knowledge sharing, and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making
+ Provide mentorship and guidance to improve the data literacy and know-how of agency teams
**Qualifications**
+ Significant experience defining, selling, and managing delivery of healthcare real-world data analytics projects
+ Strategic understanding of longitudinal healthcare claims data and its use in growth and performance marketing for the pharmaceutical industry
+ Experience working in agency business models and driving growth through organic and new business opportunities
+ Expert in client management and service, ensuring internal teams are able to deliver on proposals on time while managing client expectations at each milestone
+ Fluency in discussing data-driven medical and marketing strategy from early compound pre-commercial activities through promotional launch and beyond
+ Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards for working with healthcare claims data
+ Working knowledge of medical affairs and media planning
+ Superb verbal and written communication skills as well as dynamic presentation skills
+ Project Management: Detail oriented, strong task management and prioritization skills

Compensation Range: $176,700 - $263,655 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
