You have:

Bachelor's degree with 5 to 10 years of development experience in EMS/NMS, planning tools, or OSS domains.Experienced in development activities including requirement analysis, coding, and unit testing.Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a quality-oriented approach to work.Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective cross-functional collaboration.
