As a Senior Technical Specialist you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, and executing high-quality releases on time, with a strong focus on risk mitigation. You will mentor and guide team members, fostering their career growth while driving technical excellence in feature assessment, planning, and troubleshooting. Your ability to challenge the status quo, lead innovation, and make quick, informed decisions will be key to enhancing team performance. With customer-facing experience, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution. Proficiency in Java 17, Spring/Hibernate, Kafka, Kubernetes, SQL, and cloud technologies, along with familiarity with Linux, Optical Networks (Optics), and Network Management Systems (NMS), will help you lead and drive success in a dynamic, evolving environment.

You have:

Bachelor’s degree 10- 15 years of experience.    Expertise in Java 17, Spring/Hibernate, Kafka/Zookeeper, SQL, and advanced Java troubleshooting.Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud technologies and familiarity with Linux.
