The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition initiatives across the Türkiye, Russia, Middle East and Central Asia (TuRMECA) region. Working with the Talent Acquisition Lead, they oversee recruitment delivery through various channels, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + **Recruitment Delivery and Compliance:** Manage end-to-end recruitment, including executive roles, using internal or external resources as needed, while ensuring compliance with TA processes and providing training to recruiters, hiring managers, and HR. + **Stakeholder Engagement** : Build and maintain strong relationships in TuRMECA organization with business leaders, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Expertise (COEs), and HR Shared Services (HRSS). + **Performance Management** : Monitor recruiter performance to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs, and actively manage requisition statuses to drive timely closures and stakeholder satisfaction. + **Diversity, Equity & Inclusion** : Develop and implement strategies that promote the sourcing and hiring of diverse talent, aligned with organizational goals. + **Early Career Strategies** : Develop, implement, and execute regional and business-specific strategies to attract early-career talent. + **Employer Branding** : Collaborate on employer branding efforts to strengthen the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice within the region. + **Data and Reporting** : Provide standard reports, projections, and recruitment data to senior business leaders as needed. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition. + Proven track record in managing recruitment for positions at all levels across multiple countries or regions, ideally within a complex matrixed organization. + Excellent leadership abilities with strong influencing and communication skills. + Extensive knowledge of talent attraction and proactive sourcing strategies, including diversity recruitment initiatives. + Eagerness to learn and demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments. + Knowledge of WorkDay ATS and Power BI is an advantage. + Proficiency in English. **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
