This incumbent will provide full life cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, consultation with hiring leaders, candidate interviews, and offers. They will work closely with leaders, Talent Acquisition teams and HR Business Partners to understand the recruiting needs of the business, anticipate hiring requirements, and proactively identify and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet those needs in a cost-effective, timely manner.What You’ll DoAs a Senior Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple functions teams and sites. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver top talent in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Design and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business goals. Manage multiple requisitions, prioritize effectively, and adapt plans based on trends, candidate pools and feedback.Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Influence decisions using market insights and data. Represent the company brand and culture persuasively.Candidate Assessment & Selection: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct interviews and collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring teams to ensure alignment.Offer Management: Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive offers. Act as a closer in a competitive talent market.Data & Reporting: Leverage Workday and MS Office tools to manage applicant data, generate reports, and present insights. Create impactful presentations for internal stakeholders as needed.Project & Change Management: Lead or support local and global TA projects. Champion projects, process improvements and system changes as needed.Compliance & Process Integrity: Ensure adherence to requirements, company policies, and quality standards throughout the recruitment process.Education & Experience You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or diagnostics.Proven success recruiting up to senior manager level. Experience with Workday or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and other sourcing tools.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Flexibility to shift priorities and workload in a dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:Prior agency and in-house recruiting experience supporting technical roles within Operations, Quality, and R&D.Experience in matrix business model supporting multiple sites and shared goals.Demonstrated ability to drive local relationships and recruitment events.WHAT WE OFFERAt Abbott, you can have a good job that can grow into a great career. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
