Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support the in-season Allocation and Trading across Factory Outlet stores.  Execute of the initial allocations and in-season replenishments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Execute initial allocations for one or more classes Monitor and execute weekly replenishment allocations based on sales trends, sales forecasts, promotional events, and overall business strategies Collaborate with Buying partners for alignment on where product should be sent. Establish strong relationships cross functionally to resolve allocation exceptions that are escalated due to sales performance or supply changes Communicate with Buying & Planning partners around allocation strategies and results inclusive of risk and opportunity Attend weekly, monthly, and seasonal meetings with cross-functional team members.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Allocation experience is a plus Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that requires continual multi-tasking, prioritization and the ability to pivot Strong analytical skills and an understanding of retail math Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of the business via written and in-person communication Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an intermediate skill level in Excel Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University degree in business or related field 2+yrs of related experience in retail Allocation, Planning and/or Merchandising preferred Fluent in English
