Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Product Operations

Overview:
The Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing payment processes, ensuring seamless and secure transactions. This position involves working closely with internal and external teams to document and enhance the effectiveness of our payment solutions. The ideal candidate must have experience in the payments industry, strong analytical skills and the ability to lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities:
•\tImplement and monitor payout processes to ensure compliance with industry-standard payout times
•\tLead and coordinate projects that monitor and evaluate processes to meet or exceed the expected standards
•\tAnalyze payment data to identify trends, optimize processes and improve overall performance
•\tMaintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of payment processes, procedures and policies
•\tProvide training and support to junior staff
•\tAbility to work with multiple applications
•\tIdentify, investigate and resolve payment related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
•\tMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and define KPIs for their area of responsibility
•\tEnsure that operating and market ready requirements are met for the stakeholders

Experiences and Skills:
•\tStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
•\tProficient in data analysis tools and software
•\tAbility to work independently and effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
•\tHave experience in managing a team, setting realistic goals and consistently evaluating performance
•\tExcellent written and verbal English communications skills and interpersonal abilities

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
Experience: 4 years minimum experience in a leadership role, in the financial services or payments industry, with a focus on payment processing and operations
