The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Senior Analyst product lead for the Latin American and Caribbean region to support product solutions and P&L management for our CA&E Lines of Business: Marketing Services, Loyalty and Dynamic Yield.

This role will support managing Marketing Services, Loyalty and Dynamic Yield and help for ensuring the product is scaled across the Region. The position will need to have deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensure the product meets local market needs, and be able to proactively contribute on enhance and innovate the product line by collecting the requirements for future development. This position will ensure product meets local market needs, deliver the product go-to-market strategy, and partner closely with the Commercialization counterparts to ensure that the product is a part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive the desired business outcomes. This position will work closely across the Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads and Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities
Act as Product Owner for Marketing Services, Loyalty and Dynamic Yield
•\tBring global product to the region, including use cases
•\tFuel and understand global roadmap
•\tBudget and forecast tracking

Lead Product Localization and GTM
•\tManage Studio process (including pricing)
•\tClose involvement on pilots
•\tVendor/partner management
•\tOffers sourcing (in-market)

Act as Regional SME
•\tUnderstand competitive landscape
•\tMap regional pain points/needs
•\tTraining and educational sessions to Account Managers / Sales
•\tMeasure value and articulate impact

All About You
•\tFluent in English, Spanish highly desirable.
•\tProven experience as a product, sales or marketing client services with a demonstrated ability to drive growth.
•\tExpert in Digital Marketing, having dealt with different Martech solutions
•\tComing mainly from Financial Institutions, Fintechs, high tech (eg: ecommerce, marketplaces, etc), IT industries or digital marketing agencies, with experience in dealing product, digital marketing, strategic planning.
•\tBusiness acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.
•\tExperience in launching and scaling products in dynamic markets.
•\tConsultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives.
•\tSkilled in influencing and motivating teams, with a vision for unifying sales stakeholders around strategic goals.
•\tExpertise in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans.
•\tRecognized as a subject matter expert in digital marketing and Martech platforms capable of navigating complex deals and engaging with executive-level clients.
•\tGood understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends.
•\tCreative problem solver with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and build alignment across diverse teams.
•\tGrowth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
•\tInternational and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable.
•\tGood networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency.
•\tAbility to work across geographically diverse teams and cultures
•\tHigh analytical skills.
•\tExperience in applying data to life cycle management decisions.
•\tGraduated on top universities in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics. Postgraduate in Marketing, technology or related areas desirable.
