WHAT YOU’LL DO
→ Comprehensive Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in SAP SD, MM, FI, and other SAP modules to deliver complete end-to-end solutions. Your work will span across configuration, development, testing, and functional support.
→ Adhere to Best Practices: Follow professional engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, and testing.
→ Solution Development: Develop scalable and maintainable solutions that align with long-term business goals and customer needs. This includes transforming product strategy into actual product features and functionality.
→ Collaborative Work Environment: Collaborate closely with your Product Owner and cross-functional teams to co-create, design, and implement features that add value across SAP's core platforms.
→ Continuous Learning and Improvement: Engage in ongoing skill development to ensure your solutions remain aligned with the latest technology trends and SAP best practices.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work closely with:
Product Owners to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
SAP Architects to ensure the architecture is scalable and robust.
Cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, developers, and testers to implement end-to-end SAP solutions.
External partners and vendors where necessary, to integrate with other systems.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience: 7-9 years in SAP software engineering, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Kanban or SCRUM.
Technical Skills:
SAP BTP: Experience with SAP BTP RAP (RESTful ABAP) and SAP BTP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
ABAP Development: Strong expertise in object-oriented ABAP and modern development techniques.
UI Development: Familiarity with Web Dynpro ABAP, NetWeaver, and SAP Fiori UI5 for user interface design.
Data Modeling: Experience with ABAP CDS and AMDP for effective data modeling and database management.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Proficient in unit testing with ABAP Unit, conducting code reviews, and engaging in test automation and integration testing.
Integration: Hands-on experience with IDOCs, QRFC, SAP Cloud PI, and Azure for robust integration.
Incident Management: Ability to quickly analyze and solve production incidents to maintain system performance.
