**Overview**
As a Salesforce Senior Solution Architect, you will lead the technical sales cycle, advanced solution engineering, architecture design, and in-depth Salesforce product configuration for large enterprise clients. Your leadership and technical expertise will be relied upon for overseeing advising/designing solution architecture, demonstrations and proofs-of-concept. You will lead a team of technologists as a member of the Salesforce leadership team.
**Responsibilities**
+ Point of contact for the client IT team, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices and technical solutions - PS pro serve collaboration + recommendations
+ Lead coordination efforts across Salesforce Pro Services and internal teams to align designs and shared technical outcomes, i.e. data mappings for common objects, flow resolution, etc. (May not do the work, but be able to identify path forward)
+ Review solution designs and provide input on requirements integration experience preferred
+ Salesforce Core knowledge with Flows needed with global, cross-functional teams.
+ Collaborate/own the program roadmap with other PS product folks. Listen, hear, and act upon future requirements.
+ Manage IT-level client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, project alignment, and timely resolution of any issues.
**Qualifications**
+ Salesforce Core Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SF core, flows. B2B Commerce
+ Integration Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST APIs).
+ OMS Experience: Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS) and how they integrate with Salesforce.
+ Global Manufacturing Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with the global manufacturing industry is a plus.
**Certifications and Skills:**
+ Candidates must have or be willing to obtain Salesforce Data Cloud and AI Specialist certifications.
+ A strong understanding of Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud (suite) and their operations within Salesforce and the broader enterprise ecosystem is mandatory.
+ Ability to leverage data and AI to drive decision-making and deliver innovative client solutions.

$154,000-$231,000
