Job Title: Senior Salesforce Product Owner
Job Summary: Concentrix is hiring a Salesforce Product Owner to lead product strategy and development for a key telecom client. This role involves defining the product vision, managing the backlog, and driving Agile delivery. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce experience across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Strong collaboration skills and telecom industry experience are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead team scrums to define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities while communicating updates with partners throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and ensure that the product roadmap aligns with strategic goals.Work with product managers and business teams to create a product backlog guided by business value or Return on investment.Stay up to date on trends and best practices in agile project management.Plan and prioritize product development and manage the product feature backlog.Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure clarity of understanding among relevant teams.Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize user stories, epics, and themes to ensure understanding of product strategy.Reduce roadblocks that may hinder the achievement of sprint/release goals.Lead product-release plans and set clear expectations for delivering new functionalities.Be a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and addressing inquiries related to the product.Qualifications:
5+ experience as a Product Owner in a Salesforce role; experience in the telecom industry.Familiarity with Sales/Service & Experience Cloud.Exposure to Portals or POS Systems would be advantageous.In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management.Experience with business value associated with features.Experience managing conflicting needs of partners.This position will be posted till 06/02/2025

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
